Throttle feeling sticky on startup

Hey everyone, my pedal feels sticky on the initial start-up on my IX and then as I continue to drive it goes away. I'm 99% sure that my TB needs to be cleaned but I wanted to consult with everyone.

Also I've searched the forum and I've been seeing issues that might arise with cleaning the TB myself so I'm leaning towards taking to the dealer to have them clean it out.

Thanks everyone!

you need to clean the oil-carbon deposits on the throttle body... take the rubber elbow off the TB and open the butterfly manually and clean around the butterfly with a rag soaked in carb cleaner.. or similar..

Awesome. Thanks! I had a very good hunch that TB needed to be cleaned.

There's coating on the throttle plate than some people manage to remove. This makes a mess of the idle. So, just do the bore and leave the throttle plate alone.

Yeah I had read that in several other thread in regards to cleaning the TB with the idle getting messed. That's why I'm a bit hesitant to clean it. Debating just having the dealer cleaning it for me to avoid any issues.
