De-Pinning Evo Connectors

I'm just having issues removing some pins from the connectors. I know its pretty straight forward, but I'm not sure if I'm prying in the right areas or what....

this is the EGR connector that i'm removing the pins on. Just wanted some advise on the correct way to take them out without wrecking the plug.

I have the tool for this and they're a pain in the dick...lol. You need a thin piece of metal about 1/8-1/16 wide to get in their and push the clip up and release the pin. It goes down into the hole that the pin isn't in.

use a very small flat head to get under it and put your fingers around it so it dont go flying off

I use a paper clip that is made straight and the. I file it down flat.

There're should be a little retaining clip inside the connector above the silver pin. You need to gently lift that pin while pulling on the wire. It should slide right out.
