Not seeing any oil pool anywhere which is throwing me off. Compression test is good still too. This seems to only happen now if I park the car for like 15 minutes on an incline after having just driven it and with the front end sitting higher than the back. Then when I start it, no smoke. Put it in reverse and coast downhill into the street, no smoke. But then when I give it a couple taps on the throttle to back up more, I'll see a very thin puff of smoke come out. After that initial puff, no other smoke is ever visible. No leaks or anything. I also just did an oil change and before doing so, I did not notice any drop in oil level which makes me think it's something minor. I use Rotella T6 (5w-40 synthetic oil) in case anyone is wondering.

Maybe a leak down test will help.
