Clutch issue

I am having an issue with my clutch after replacing the plate. It is nearly impossible to drive normally right now, when I first drove the car on the new clutch it was fine but it has developed a couple of symptoms.

If there is any incline at all I have to either ride the clutch to the point I can smell it or launch the car otherwise there is a massive judder.

While stationary if I push in the clutch even the slightest bit the whole car is vibrating, additionally the pedal squeaks a lot on the way down, which is also something that developed over time

Another thing that I am not entirely sure can be attributed to all this is since getting the clutch fixed is the car wobbles at 30-35kph, feels like wheel balance but it only happens at those speeds. It used to happen at 35-40kph then it went back it for a look over and it shifted to 30-35. I know they tightened a bunch of exhaust bolts but not sure what else.

In spite of me stressing about the thrust bearing release at one point all bolts were off the bell housing and prying was involved, thankfully only with hands but the whole weight of the gearbox was on the thrust bearing.

I am just wondering if any of these things point to the bearing now being bad or just incorrect assembly. Any insight before the car gets taken in again would be greatly appreciated.

Evo IV, btw.

OP seems to hit a character limit or something.

just just from reading your first post I would say that it is your throw out bearing or thrust bearing on the clutch. also when they have it apart you might want to have them look at the flywheel. Make sure that the flywheel is within spec or you may need it resurfaced. The other thing I would have them check is the slave cylinder for the clutch. I hope this helps.

Cheers for that. We actually did mess with the slave cylinder when my clutch was slipping last year to no avail. Maybe that is part of the reason why it is not so great now. Will check all these things thanks.
