I was in my evo (2003) and got into it coming out of a corner. There was a slight pop and the car wasnt putting power to the wheels. Motor still runs perfect. So it will go into gear but wont move. There is a slight rattle when i put it in gear and let out on the clutch. Any ideas?

 

Something in the clutch, trans, or tcase broke. Time to take it apart.


Do you have to use the clutch to put in gear, or can you just put it in gear (without touching clutch pedal)?
