Long rod or stroker?

Okay I am a bit confused, is there a difference between a long rod and a stroker? I'm not completely sure of this or if it's the same setup.

Long rod increases the length of the connect rod, for a higher rod/stroke ratio. The 4g63 really doesn't need it. The stock rod ratio is fine.

A stroker increase the stroke, which increases displacement.
