Any suggestions or concerns? Thanks

Anyone else notice the chunk of the motor missing? Any suggestions as to what can cause this, was going to check this 9 out tomorrow but having doubts now. Anything else look suspicious in this bay? Thanks

Only thing I can see "missing" is the exhaust manifold heat shield.

That's a bracket to attach the engine to an engine hoist using a chain or whatever. Nothing wrong with it.
