Yeah, I can understand that. With my situation though, the only reason I am replacing the connector is because I suspect a problem with the pins/wires on the cylinder 1 injector. Cylinder one has blown up on the stock motor, and 2 or 3 built motors with 2 different types of pistons. The injectors were all checked out as good, and everything else touching that cylinder is fine or brand new. The only thing I could find was that the connector on cylinder one's injector looked chewed up. So, fingers crossed, I'll be starting the car up tomorrow, and adjusting the scaling and stuff for the new injectors.

Side note, would you happen to know what scaling and latency numbers I should start with for 1120cc injectors on 93 octane?

Good luck with the new motor. Blowing up two other motors for unknown reasons would be tough to recover from.

Sorry I can't help on (FIC?) 1120 cc/min injectors. High-Z is the way to go for drivability, so I tell everyone that asks about injectors to buy one of the high-Z FIC injector offerings, i.e., the FIC1100s, FIC1650s, ASNU1500s, or for any builds over 700 whp, the FIC2150s. I've posted detailed settings on all four of those injectors.

I used 913 for the scaling and it looks like it's working great so far. The new connector/injectors seem to have done the trick. I went from 20-35+ counts of knock at anything over 30% throttle and 3000rpm to 0 knock. I get random 1 knock counts every so often, but after driving and logging for almost an hour, that's all I got. The nightmare is finally over
