Is it possible to repair quaife lsd?

Is it possible to repair quaife lsd ?cause as i see there is no any holes with screws to open it.May be somebody made some operations with that kind of damage?i think i just need to change that broken core






already contacted UK quaife office but still waiting answer.
Is it possible to buy as a spare psrt that core or not?
waiting for opinions

I think they have lifetime warranty so that should not be a problem to be replaced.
If you are the original/first buyer(?).

sure im first buyer but main problem is that this incident was at the drag strip so it is not cover by their warranty

That failure was caused by the torque tube exploding inside the diff. Not the Quaife's fault, they can design their diff to contain exploding inferior stock parts. You're lucky you didn't take out the whole tcase and the center diff in the trans.


Consider upgrading that part before it goes back together.

Yup, I was warned about this before. It's not very common, but it does happen.

Very nice part there. Looks like it has a single snap ring in the back to keep it from sliding out. Would you happen to know if there is an easy way to install that thing or does the entire trans have to come apart?

The entire trans and center diff has to come apart. Which, IMO, isn't that hard..
