As to the Rewire, my thoughts is to upgrade factory wire. I.E. Battery lead to Relay 3. Gonna add a second wire to it for more current. This should in turn send a little more current down the white Relay 3 to Fuel Pump feed wire. I currently on stock wiring with upgraded ground at the pump, see 12.5V in High mode, and 8.25V in low mode. I am thinking if I upgrade that Battery feed wire/Relay 3 wire, to a double or 8~10 Gauge, it will give 13V at the pump in High Pressure...

We will see.

So I have a slight leak on both connections. Not sure which part of the connections it is coming from. Did your's leak? What connectors di you utilize. I believe mine were both Russel thread compression connects for the lines, and threaded screw-on with quick disconnect for the pump housing.

Either way, pressure did not change, and trims did not change, and so far as I can see, nothing changed.

I am assuming my fuel issue is still a part issue, and will keep digging. I was sure the trims, pressure, and injector latencies would change. But nothing yet. Super frustrated.

No mine did not leak, i used white lithium grease when i installed fittings. The hose is probably not fully seated up to the crown of the hose side fitting. My fittings were aluminum and black with a quick release fitting at the pump. Take off the fittings and trim the top layer of steel braid down like a inch so the fitting fully sits. I know when you cut the damn line it leaves the end all nasty and hard to get into fitting.

Your fuel trims are outta wack or what? What pump did you use?

So I got the engine bay connection issue. I didnt have them fully tight with the wrenches. Torque application said they were tight, but I took off, and was able to get another almost full turn on the fittings. Ill do the tank side tomorow, sure it's the same issue.

I am on the DW300 340LPH pump. Iv'e been warned they take a lot of current to run well, and think that might be part of the issue, as well as I am going to pull the pump and replace all rubber O'rings, thinking that since the stock on from 2004 is on the pump currently, and has been on three pumps now. Thinking that might be part of my pressure issue. Also I found the IN TANK filter. It's under the passenger side cutout access to the tank. I ordered it and got it in today, I will be changing that out soon as well. Unfortunately, my tank is damn near full. You don't dare do tank work unless your around a 1/4 left in the tank. So I'll have to burn gas on a couple drives. Either way, I will get to the bottom of it.
