Did you get the manifold with bolts or you source them at the hardware store

 

Manifold comes with or without hardware from FP. They recommend their hardware. The heat shield also came with it's hardware.

 

I almost ordered that heatshield! It looks pretty good I'd say. Can't beat that for for coin.

One thing I noticed with the FP manifold is that the bosses for mounting the shield could've been a little deeper. I've tried both sets of oem shield bolts from STM (Evo 8 and 9) and they bottom out just before putting pressure on the shield. Must be the slight difference in thickness of the shields from oem.

Also, the guy will customize it to say what ever you want that will fit, depending on character size and spacing.

 

How have you gotten to drive your car yet? I'm curious to see how it performs over stock manifold.

UPDATE! I just did this mod. I have a Ball Bearing FP Red as well. Big difference is all I can say. Turbo just hits harder and the car is faster. Deeper sound too. Get one.
