Tough time deciding turbo setup

Currently shopping for an exhaust manifold but can't decide what flange to go for.
My goal is 850whp
some shops tell me t4 ts, others say vband if I wanna reach 850hp.
any input much appreciated.

T4 twin scroll is best in my opinion. It opens up a lot more options for different turbos. Vband hotside almost always cost extra $$$ and doesn't spool as well as the twin scroll does. You will get NaySayers on this topic 4 sure, but just look at the 1000hp plus builds, they almost exclusively use T4 twin scroll configs. I would use a 1000hp capable turbo with a tight A/R so in the future if you want more power just change out the turbine housing and retune.

Here is a link to a dyno graph 6870 .84a/r around 850hp. Awsome scroll with this large of a turbo and if ya want more power swap out to a 1.0 or 1.15 a/r. Should get you close to 1000hp. A lot more options with T4 than vband.

Just for reference, my twin scroll t4 6466 1.15 hit 850. Forward facing 1.5 inch runner manifold.
You have a ton of options to hit that goal but Some will achieve it more efficiently than others. At a bare minimum, what turbo are you thinking about using?
