P0136 & P0037 Codes - Rear O2 Replace?

My mechanic pulled a P0136 (O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2) and P0037 (Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 2) codes from my 06 IX. Running oem cat @ 94k miles

-Nothing was done to the vehicle recently except replace intake filters

-Autozone, dealer sourced the rear O2 sensor to Denso part no. 234-4384

Should replacing the rear 02 resolve this issue?
