New clutch problem

I have a evo 9 that just had a built motor and trans installed. Had a exedy triple disc installed as well. They got everything back together and the car runs. But with the car on the clutch will not disengage enough to go into gear. Car off it seems to work just fine and if you start it in gear with the clutch pressed in it will try to move. The lines are all new and have been bleed. The master and slave are not very old and they have even tried adjusting the clutch pedal. Anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be?

What shop is working on your car that you have to come on the internet to ask how to fix it for them?

Anyways, likely an issue with the clutch, possibly cause by install error. Trans needs to come back off so they can a look in there.

X2 on this.

The clutch pedal adjustment would have been my first thought but since you've tried that I think it would be time to ask the shop.
