Question about Torque Solution cam side motor mount

so I finally decided to swap out my stock motor mounts since I have been experiencing some crappy shifting/excessive engine movement.

I installed driver and passenger side TS motor mounts but I have come across a slight issue. the cam side mount's bushing has separated from the mount

I noticed this happened after tightening the 3 nuts of the mount. Has anyone ever experienced this?

My buddy has them on his 9 with a built 2.0LR with balance shaft eliminated. He initially started with all 4 but soon after removed the dog bone (rear mount) due to the harness. But with just the 3 (driver, passenger and front roll mounts) the car is pretty smooth and not that bad.

I run the same mounts & my passenger side is fully seated straight.

Wonder if you should unload the tranny side mount & the passenger side & let the engine settle straight

Then torque it down

Today I pretty much started over. I removed the north/south bar with the front roll bushing. I loosened the driver side and cam side mounts. Then I decided to remove the rear mount to inspect it and make sure it's not torn or twisted in any way.

Couldn't find anything obvious but I will be replacing the rear mount in the near future. But I'll stick with an OEM version. Ran through the sequence of install but it's still slightly separated.

I'm thinking that my motor for whatever reason is wanting to lean closer to the firewall then it should. That is something I'll look into when the time comes to pull the motor.

Other than that, the car ran smooth just like the stock mounts, shifting felt way better than before. More crisp and direct. To be fair. I have had shifter base bushings, under hood bushing and driveshaft solid bushings. I'll be looking to replace the rear diff bushings too.

At idle I didn't really notice too much of a difference. Maybe a slight increase but not something terrible. We'll see when it gets colder out.
