Damage caused by broken pieces of the plug that went into the valve and damaged it

Damage caused by broken pieces of the plug that went into the valve and damaged it

1. On #@ 3 combustion chamber 2 combustion exhaust valves are damaged.

2. These valves are not burn

3. There are pieces broken off

4. The rest of the still look good

5. The #3 spark plug electrode and neck are broken off

Conclusion: Th e damage was caused by the the broken pieces of the plug that went into the valve.

Has any body reported such a scenario whereby this damage is a human or mechanical error.
The car is still under warranty can I hold anybody accountable for this damage

If its under warranty and you followed the proper maintenance schedule i think you should be covered.

I see it all the time on turbocharged hyundais also evo x seem to do the same thing. Likely cause by detonation. Poor fuel quality, carbon build up,
