UPDATE: Hey guys, sorry I took so long to update this, but we got a grip of work done on the whip.
bought all new steel braided fuel feed line kit from MAP with AN fittings and Fuelab fuel filter. While pulling out the Fullblown hangar, we noticed there was a plastic oem piece that was being used for the fuel return. This piece was restricted and so we built our own using metal fittings. Also blasted out the oem return line and made sure there was no gunk in the system anywhere. Worked great. Car runs awesome and I can now hit full boost!! We also replaced the timing belt with a gates belt and did a basic tune. Car feels good, only at 15 psi right now. Hope to get a nice 500whp once I'm tuned. uhhhh... you replaced the siphon return piece? with what?

if it doesnt siphon correctly, you leaving alot of fuel on the right side of the tank....

= stalled on side of road with fuel gauge at 1/3 full
