Low oil pressure problems

Hello, i recently started having some oil pressure problems at wot and at idle, when i go to like 6-7k rpm with NO LOAD the oil pressure is good at around 90psi but as soon as i get into boost it drops to 60psi, it only happens on 1st and 2nd gear and by 3rd it recovers, and at idle i have realized that before this happening i was sitting at around 30psi and now at idle im at around 20-10psi, my compression is really bad at 120 120 105 145, also i believe im pushing a little bit of water since after a hard run (like 1-4th gear) my coolant overflow gets completely full and there is some bubbling
(by the way oil pressure gauge is the one on the middle)
What do you guys think? head gasket, oil pump, bearings ????
Any help is really appreciated

Sounds like head gasket to me. It's possible head gasket leak is causing all your problems. Don't wait too long to fix because you can lose some bearings if you wait.

Upgrade your head bolts while you're replacing your HG. Sounds like your head is lifting under boost. Check your head and block for warpage when it's off.

OEM HG. Before you remove your L19 nuts, try torquing it down to see if any cam loose. Start at 70 ft-lbs on each and work your way up. I'm surprised you got lift with those arp head studs.

More than one problem.

Headgasket, rings and fuel pressure.

Oh wow, that's really rich. If the built motor has been running like that for a while, there could be worn piston rings and cylinder walls.

Do you drive your car daily? Or let it sit weeks at a time?
