Does anyone know if I can remove all the AYC ECU and wiring with the ABS still working fine?

I've changed my Evo 6 to a LSD RS rear end, so I dont need the AYC system anymore.
I'm concerned the ABS system will have a fit if I remove the AYC ECU and wiring.

I know there is wheel speed sensor outputs from the ABS ECU that go to the AYC ECU.
But i'm not sure if there are other things that will affect it.

I'm installing an aftermarket ECU so i'll be using the ABS outputs to get my wheel speeds (4x) into the ECU also.
