Car running Rich

A 2 weeks after my tune, my car started running real rich 10.0 AFR on boost (5+ psi of boost) even when im not in WoT anything above 5psi of boost afr reads 10.0. Before this i would be at 10.6/ 10.8 at WoT.
car idles fine, cruises normally. I know i was kinda sketchy with the tune when i dropped off the car and it took alittle under 3 hours to finish the tune.
past experiences with another tuner, i had a tune that took nearly a day never had issues like this

mods:
1050x id
fp red jb
aem fuel rail
fuel labs fpr
walboro 450 w/ dble pumper
kelford 272

stock block

First thing would be to check for boost leaks.

10.0 AFR is bad. That's typically the lowest reading, so you could be lower than 10.0. Good chance you're washing down your cylinder walls.
Why do you have double pumper with 450 and only have 1050cc injectors???

How are your pumps wired up (electric and hoses)?

Look for a mechanical issue. Boost leak, exhaust leak, change in fuel pressure, etc. Tunes don't change, the car does. A mechanical issue is causing the change in AFR's.
