Hiccup at idle?

Hey guys, so I'm two weeks in with an 05 evo 8 I just bought! Loving it. Been getting some stupid stuff the previous owner did to it fixed. I notice at idle after it's all warmed up (20 min drive) I notice some slight hiccups here and there almost like a cammed v8. Car is stock besides intake btw. It feels almost like a misfire but there are no codes. I've logged the idle and it stays at about 875rpm and zero knock. I read a post from someone with a similar question about their idle and people said Evos idle like this normally. Opinions? What is your idle like?

Im not sure if you've already resolved your issues, but I have reecently purchased a Evo myself. The previous owner did the egr delete. A few hoses were accidently not capped or cheaply capped which resulted in vacuum leaka actually severe leaks. Its quite easy to lool at hose line and just say there okay. Luckly for me I had some experiences with my last evo to know were to look. My biggest advice I can give you is always comb through potential defects of evo and it will stay reliable. Never assume things or just take somebody word for. Check it yourself. GL.

Thanks for reply bro. I'm lucky that this one hasn't been messed with much, but I think it sat for a long time before I bought it. It's actually idling really well lately. I think it needed some good tanks of gas ran thru it. Will be doing a boost leak test in a couple days before I get tuned to make sure shes all good!
