Evo 9 low RPM problem, please help

Having this RPM idle drop under 500 issue after autoshop changed idle control valve and mass air flow sensor , would it be caused by the idle control valve or mass air flow ? (both are now aftermarket) it happens from time to time after i drive the car warm enough , no AC on.

Sometimes the ecu learns how the car used to run and now with the new IAC valve it may have changed that. Try cleaning the throttle body first and see if it helps if not adjust the biss screw with the engine running until your car idles around 750rpm. Considering the car doesn't have cams.
