the symptoms you are describing are of a huge boost leak imo

Found one issue the preload on the turbosmart IWG75 was wrong. Fixed that but I still here something other than the turbo and the bov still sound weak

OK so i took a video after i checked and rechecked EVRYTHING!!!! I cannot figure this shyt out. In the video what you here is me at 3+k turbo working like hell but no Blow off and no real movement. Turbo id spinning and at 4k the wg aint even opening. WTF am i missing?

Something is leaking like crazy and not holding boost. I bet your load values are off the chart. Just take it easy so you don't kill the turbo

The hissing sound could be a leak, it might as well be the hta71 through the specific filter you are using. If you have increased boost threshold and not making the right boost level at the right rpm point, then you have a leak somewhere. Remove blow off valve and block the pipe. Check every hose connection, every vacuum hose. Put the car into 2nd and floor it, see if it behaves as it should. If not, remove the hose from the wastegate nipple, again into 2nd and floor it, see if it makes boost the right way.



His load values will not be negatively affected if he has a major leak, as the air going into the engine and measured by the map sensor is much less than it should when his boost threshold and max boost was the proper one, unless of course he is still on MAF.
