Unless you are getting a great deal for dual map tune, I suggest you bite the bullet on bigger injectors before tuning. My dual tune is about $600, so paying that twice doesn't make sense since 1650 is almost the same price as a dual tune.
And yes, you should do hi/low rewire on 450 so it can feed your injectors up top.

1000cc will limit you to about 450whp on E85.

Yea I ended up buying the FIC 1650s which were more expensive then the 2150s :/ the stainless steel internals will hold up better against other fuels from what I've read.

Your tuner will be happy he doesn't have to tune 2150 on pump gas at idle.
