I think 3 tuners(pretty sure others have the xml/rom) have the xml/rom to tune the evo8/9 on FF. English Racing, TSComp, and Boosted tuning.

The 8 Rom is free. The 9 rom is the issue. Unless the creators can create a free version for the evo 9.

yes but the size of injectors and fuel pump setup depends on your setup/power goals.

Yes, this only provide an easy mean to switch maps using the innovate sensor.
obviously, you need the necessary upgrades, and tune, according to your goals.
