Yes I am very aware that all twin disk make all sorts of weird rattles and noises. But I have had this clutch in for about 5k miles. Car still drives, shifts, and gets into boost without slipping. I got a video of the noise I am talking about that I will post in here. But It sorta sounds like a door creaking open slowly when I let out the clutch and sometimes even when I push the clutch in. Let me remind you It does NOT do this every time. It took me 4 minutes of recording to get this noise to happen one time. It also seems to squeak if I pump the clutch really fast. Not sure if that it normally. Just want some options before I remove the transmission.

 

Sounds like the pivots in the pressure plate are just noisy. I wouldn't worry about.

 

I'm going to just drive it around the house a little bit to see if it changes. Only thing that scares me is I can feel it in the pedal. If it gets worse I am going to bring it to work and take the trans out to get a look at it. I mostly drive it on the street and have never launched it with this clutch so just seems very odd to be making that kind of noise.
