Nowhere in the link you posted does it say anything about the UHF turbine or the SS housing for the FP54 green..

It even says they're ONLY available with the MHI housing..

Like I said, this is the new DBB Green 54 with the UHF turbine wheel and the externally gated SS housing... It will be installed and dyno'ed in the next week or two, depending on the timing of winter like weather here...

The new Green is installed but the Mustang Dyno lost a circuit board and we're waiting for its replacement. I'll post up as soon as it's here and the dyno runs have been done.

My understanding is 54mm is a 9 blade turbine wheel. The UHF is a 5 tall and 5 short blade 57mm turbine wheel. Please post a picture of hotside wheel. Thanks.
It is one of these (54 is top and UHF is bottom):

What he has the new UHF green. FP doesn't make FP54 with the SS housing.

The UHF wheel they use on that turbo is sized almost perfectly between the FP54 and a standard green. The splitter blade design helps to reduce weight to aid spool while also helping cut down back pressure. In other words, it should spool better than a standard green while also having better top end.

The dyno graph posted on their site shows they have a 2.0L test car making 500whp with pretty little effort. I chatted a bit with the guy who owns said test car and he's really happy with his results on the car which he uses for hill climbs.

That seems like a pretty solid all around turbo. Its got me thinking...

I agree with you, I believe the mention of 54 was an oversight.

My car is running 32 psi makes around 400 on pump so I’d say 37 definitely would be kill mode, once I’m on e85 in the spring I’m expecting around 500 on 35psi

Here's another data point for the UHF green. 646whp @38psi on a 2.1L mivec engine. Still waiting for them to show a boost curve.

Really need to compare results on a dynojet.

IIRC, that particular Dyno has 450whp stock block/turbo results where most dynojets are at 400whp.

This is my car, if anyone has questions let me know. The car was really dyno tuned since everything was changed at that the same time.
I was not to looking for a particular number but I am very happy with the drivability and the power it has been making.

Desmond at Performance Destination took his time to squeeze the most out of this setup on pump e85.
