NEED Help with PCV elbow sleeve removal!

As title states, I am installing a catch can setup on my Evo 8. I am trying to remove the sleeve in the rear of the valve cover and I have shoved any and everything near that size in there to try and wiggle it out with no success. Any magic tips on making it come out or what the perfect tool is to get it out with. When I had the valve cover powder coated they coated over the PCV so that is adding to the tightness.
I thought of getting an extractor bit near that size and trying to get it dug in and twist it out that way but not sure if that will even work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I use an appropriate side broken bolt extractor. Works every time.

Thanks, I kept working with it and eventually got it out with 2 thin screwdrivers at once prying slowly from opposite sides. Was a pain in the *** but its out now.
Would have went much easier doing it with an extractor but didn't have one on hand.
