Tuning MIVEC Advance question
I am switching to S3's as we speak. But i am keeping r2's too, in case i do not like them, but I have a feeling that S3's on 2.4 will be even better. If i lose maybe a few hunderd rpms probably I will not even notice it enough to bother me. If not, I will move back to r2's

Its a good idea to run the proper compression/octane for the power you are going for IMO. Good fuel is cheap insurance if you are going to run it hard.
45psi on any pump gas is asking for trouble. The headgasket expired . An engine is not going to be happy under those conditions.

With ethanol and race fuel being so inexpensive , I just don't see the point in breaking something on pump gas to hit a number.
Thats an expensive trophy.
