do you have logs? Looks like the tune could be agressive.

This is engine speed, timing and are/lambda in one parameter list of WOT

Can you export that file as a .csv? Would be helpful

AFR is kinda rich for E85, although I have no idea what Ethanol % you where running. I'm going to assume boost is incorrect, although probably pretty high to be running such low timing at 8500rpm.

lol. ~60psi of boost. Something isn't right here. the 8* of timing also doesn't make sense.

That lambda is low 11's on the gas scale, so that should be fine.

I was running 85 % ethnol mix with 95 pump gas to give me a blend of e85 , the boost was correct and I was running this much high boost...we wanted more power so the tuner kept increasing the boost...he said he will keep it on the "safer side" so maybe thats why the timing is low...as for being rich again the tuner said he kept it rich coz it will help with cooling as the booat is high.

Yes so I would assume it's not the tune that causing the engine to go bad?? Since it's not aggrasive ... i would still bet on debris that caused all the damage to the internals.

It's hard to say because your datalog doesn't make sense. If it really is 60psi of boost, that is 100% insanely aggressive on E85, it doesn't have the octane for that. So, if thats true tune could be an issue. Especially with 8* of timing, that timing is slow it could be causing mini misfires on ethanol. But 60psi doesn't make sense for 780whp.

60 psia is 45 psig but But 8 degrees of timing is very low indeed.
