when you get yours tuned please post up the results, would like to see how it spools . The evo x on the video sounds nasty!! I have a 2.3 and want to go bigger then my bbk-3b that I currently run, looking to go probably a 6466 only thing that sucks is e85 is like 60-80 miles from where I live, though I do spray some meth with my 93 but obviously not the same as e85. Thanks for posting the video.

6466 is a bad *** turbo. I was going to go with one of those myself but it wouldn't do the power level I wanted without overspinning it. I know my car will be nasty when it finally gets tuned but like you I went from a black size turbo to this 371 and I am trying to figure out the best combo to put with it so I don't have to keep changing things. There is a few things I am wanting to change and thats basically what is holding me up.

The 6766 is old 6+6 blade compressor tech that precision started phasing out around 2012-2014 with the new Gen2 aero that the 6466 and 6870 has. They didn't make a gen2 aero 6766 for a reason.
Yeah. Leaning towards the gen2 6466. Still make crazy power and not be so laggy. Still very interested in the 6870. Jusy worries me running it on a 2.0l and also without twinscroll.

Good choice can't go wrong with that. Should be a boat load of fun.

Why do it twice? thats 2 completely different turbo kits at what, 4K each if not more?
Sorry to be the realist here but that’s a stupid idea, Especially if your plan from the start is to do this.
Just do the 6870 from the get go if you know that’s the future kit you want.

The proper H cover 6870 generally requires a different turbo kit anyways to fit the larger compressor cover.

The reason being is I have a vband manifold with a 7675. I can get decent money for that and get a new 6466. Then I can sell the whole turbo kit with hot side and get a twin scroll with the 6870. Ill hang on to the 6466 for some time

I know that kind of power doesn't come with "fast spooling" but what would be your recommendations for quickest spooling while hitting those numbers?

Thx

Do not know owen 6988 can do it?
