Evo 8 Weird noise after replacing Headgasket

Weird noise during first start up after replacing head gasket due to the head lifting. Installed ARP L19 and resurfaced the head and new head gasket. Also, installed a Buschur TBE and Megan o2 housing. Car ran fine before we replaced the head gasket. We let the car idle for a few minutes and did few low revs. We are suspecting lifters and no idea what the lifters could damage. I don't suspect bottom end since the car ran fine before. We only touched the head.

Here is the link to a video of idle and rev.

After watching hundreds of videos, the noise my car is making is apparently normal? I feel like it's too loud of a ticking noise and I was not sure if it is normal. And also, is the noise from the injector? It seems to be a common conception. Should I let the car warm for 10 min or drive the car for a few miles for the oil to settle in?

i would be more concerned with what sounds like a timing belt that is whining.

The ticking noised was fixed after adding more oil and letting it idle for 10 min. So you think its the timing belt too? I think that high pitch noise was coming from the belt area too. How do I fix this? Buy a new one? All the belts is actually new btw. Overtightened maybe? First time installing it.

there is a very specific way to tension the timing belt...

lots of videos and write ups on here.

if you tensioner pin was not free to move in and out, after following the procedure... then thats the issue with the belt whine.

Loosen the timing belt and whatta ya know... The thing is fixed. Thank you so much for actually replying and giving me advice. This is a first time for us. For anyone having the same problem. Add thicker oil then let it idle for couple of minutes (Ticking noise) and don't overtighten the timing belt (screeching/whine noise).
