Clutch pedal dropped to floor (Release Bearing?)
Hey guys.
On Saturday was on my way to get breakfast, when suddenly the clutch drops to the floor. Was driving normally, and was going pretty slow going from 2nd to 3rd gear. This is when it suddenly just hit the ground. When I attempted to bring it back the clutch pedal back up to see if I could limp it home(was less than a mile away), the clutch gets super hard about 3/4th down. Was not disengaging the clutch at all / allowing me to select gears.
Towed it home. The first thing I looked for was any possible leaks. None found. So I started with replacing the slave cylinder. Still same issue after replacing it. Master is fine as well. So I popped off the inspection cover on the trans and found this: (see video) which I assume is not normal.

Any ideas here? The clutch was replaced around late 2018, and only has about 6k miles on it. No slipping and drove great.

Yeah. This is exactly what I was afraid of. Clutch is still fairly new. Stage 2 COMP clutch. So I'll debate depending on the condition if I'll change it or not. Will be ordering the monolock.
