Need some help, car keeps dying

I’ve tried just about everything and have ran out of ideas. Car will start and idle for about 2-4 seconds and then die. If I push the gas pedal it will rev up but starts bogging and is hesitant. It will not stay on without me repeatability hitting the gas so save it. This all happened after attempting to start it after sitting for close to three months.

I’ve tried just about everything. Checked spark plugs, ignition coils, fuses, has 40 psi of fuel pressure, injectors were cleaned and flow tested. Checked for vacuum leaks, replaced map sensor, o2 sensor.

Some info on the car.
Stock internals
Tuned about 6 months ago
pte 5858
radium double pump
rc1200cc
spolin up cop
on speed density
grimm speed controller
omni 4 bar
some other minor things

Im lost and would really appreciate and ideas. Thanks in advance!

Is there fresh gas in the tank? Is the battery good, and topped up? Is the temperature you're starting at significantly different from when you were tuned?

Forgot to mention, tank was drained and filled with fresh gas, and new battery was installed, about the same temp and elevation, was tuned about 15 miles away.

I don't like Omni 4 bar sensors. Try to borrow a good 4 bar, swap, and try to start again.

I know you just replaced the Omni 4 bar but I wouldnt completely rule that out either. Im on my 3rd Omni 4 bar in 1.5 years, one lasted only 3 weeks. They are trash and theres several threads here talking about it. Only saving grace is Bob at Omni will replace it for free if you email him.

I had the same issue Omni 4 bar crapped out on me ended up towing the car back home about a year ago last March, put in a new one and all was good. Mine was about 6 years old but only had probably 6-7 k miles on it, but heard they suck . What other options are there for 4 bars for SD?i

so I ordered a new one and same symptoms, I put the stock one in for ****s and idled fine but told it wasn’t supposed to work and only worked because it was probably dumping too much fuel in. I could smell excess fuel as well while it was running

The stock Evo X 3 bar aka "JDM map sensor" is an option but are a lot more expensive and can only "see" about 29psi. AEM makes map sensors too but idk if you can scale it for stock ecu or what all else using one entails.

I'm actually strongly considering converting to the evo x map for reliability and peace of mind since I dont ever plan on going over 28psi.
