Ok so upon several months of narrowing things down. I finally found my issue. Long story short. Broken valve spring (luckily duel springs) and in result bent a valve. So i order new set of springs and retainers, valves and valve seals. Went single spring. Now 2 years ago i had my head fully cleaned and inspected amd everything came back good.

well so my question is. Now I'm putting new valves in just lapping them should be fine right? There was no resistance in the guide and no slop/play.
