Loud Spool and No Boost

Was doing some pulls the other day and parked the car for about 2 hours. It was driving completely fine up to that point. When I started up the car again, the spool was really loud and it was barely building any boost. Didn’t put my foot all the way down but I did try to build some boost and it only went up to 3 psi. Took out the intake and LICP and found the edge of the turbo outlet to LICP coupler was ripped. Clamped it down tight past the broken part and still same problem. No shaft play at all in the 2005 turbo, no oil in the LICP or intercooler. I couldn’t find anything else. Any ideas?

Did a boost leak test and there’s no leak I can find other than a little leak I already knew about at the throttle body. I have no idea what to look for now. Already replaced the torn coupler too. Still have a really loud spool with very low boost.
