evo map sensor problem

hi everyone i am chasing a problem with my evo that i have been having for a while now and i suspect its my map sensor

i have the stock evo 8 map sensor (md305600)

i have constant 5v on the power line and a good earth

at atmospheric pressure with the ignition on but engine OFF i am getting 1.91v on the signal output wire

can someone please confirm what voltage output this sensor should be producing with ignition on but engine off

thanks so much

To check your MAP sensor outputs the correct voltage, back-probe the yellow wire on terminal 1:

1.90V is 31 units in the MAP Table so if you can find the EVOScan formula for the OEM sensor you can calculate the pressure. I couldn't readily find the equation after looking for 10 minutes.

i cant seem to find the equation either on evoscan

so im safe to assume that my map sensor is bad if its reading 1.90 at atmospheric pressure ?
