334whp on bone stock Evo 9 on 91 octane?!

Saw this on Instagram and it made me curious. The car apparently only has an intake and a 3-port boost controller. All the research I've done suggest that you need full bolt ons and maybe even cams to hit 330ish whp on 91 octane. Does the Evo 9 really have that much untapped potential in its stock form or is their dyno way off? 🤔

Doesn't seem all that unrealistic on a happy dyno. No mention of how much boost either.

The graph shows a peak of 22.3psi on the bottom. The curve seems to decrease with rpm so this maybe 17-18 at redline?

The dyno reads high. That simple.

I should ask what the baseline stock whp was before the tune. I'm guessing it was around 300 lol

It took me a decent amount of mods to hit 330whp. No way this guy did.

Yeah, thats totally plausible with the correct upgrades. The parts on this car are not sufficient for the power it made.
