RS front diff install in '04 that came with an open difff.

Had an RS front diff installed in my '04 evo. Did this a few years ago, do have suspension mods GTworx springs, bilsteins, PSRS 0 control arm bushings. Since the install if you get on the gas in a long sweeping turn the car pulls into the turn, but the same is true if you begin to let up on the gas - the car drifts out of the turn and its a little unnerving. Have a whiteline bumpsteer kit on rear and front control arm are parallel to ground. Figured the diff might need to wear in as I also had the trans rebuilt at the same time. Also had alignment done when the diff was put in ( maybe 18k miles ago-) Tires show no wear. ( not my daily driver)
Alignment : FRT
Left Toe: .06 Rt Toe: .05
Camber -1* Rt -1*
Rear
Left Toe : .12 Rt Toe: .12
Camber -1.4* Rt -1.4*

So whats the story here, trying to figure out a solution.

More front camber, zero toe in the front. 24mm rear sway bar.

That will help.

Thanks for the response... I have upgraded both frt and rear bars, just trying to keep post simple. This all started with the addition of the frt RS diff. Thought it may have been resolved recently as it became far less twitchy- checked air in the tires and they were low, added air to 34 lbs all the way around and its back to being as described. I have always run 0 toe, and around 1* camber in the frt. . Shop that did the work suggested the current settings, owner drives a modded evo and they do set ups for race cars-- figured I would give it a try and see. Love that I have 0 wear on all tires damn near look new! Just cant figure this out. May have to go back for a conversation but really wanted to understand whats happening. ( owned the car for the last 20years- done all my own work, well versed in " how things work") Spent the morning trying to find someone with the same issue to no avail. ( read thru several of your old posts) I figured the Diff would be noticeable when installed - just not like this! Thanks again for the recommendation-

I would return to a stock front sway bar.

Even tire wear doesnt mean best performance. With -1.4 rear camber, you want to be in the -2 to -2.5 range up front.

The RS diff is a torsen, which means its a 2 way diff. So it can cause some weird handling characteristics. Like off throttle push at the limit.

Thanks again for the response- will give the alignment another shot and get more aggressive this next time in. Gonna check the rest of the front end to make sure everythings good there first, dont want to do it twice! Appreciate the time. Just want tot get this thing settled down, that off throttle push at speed will wake you up.
