Help- car won't turn over???!!!
Help- car won't turn over???!!!
I just reconnected my battery after removing it to do the under-hood bushings, tried to turn the car on and....it won't turn over.
All the electrical stuff comes on no prob, radio, fan, IC spray, lights, but no starter???
I called my local dealer thinking I may have reset the key codes, but that is not the case. He said if that were the case, it would turn over but not start.
Any ideas, if not I am looking at an expensive tow on Monday.
I visually checked the larger fuses next to the battery, and the one on the posistive terminal, all those were fine.
Thanks in advance.

DOH DOH DOH
After checking every possible fuse (all ok) I decided to just make double sure I connected the battery correctly etc. AND LOW AND BEHOLD I did in fact disconnect a plug block, the one directly behind the battery towards the firewall. Reconnected that and bingo, it starts, man I feel dumb sometimes, but at least I didn't have to pay for a tow.

Yep.. one of the power leads is disconnected.. does it click when you try to start it? or get nothing? There's a large fuse on the positive battery clamp, check to make sure that its not damaged and nothing got snagged.. Also there's a relay on the battery tray, make sure you didn't knock the connector off (or the junction next to it)
