I thought the exhaust was part of stage 1, along with the AFC (or DynoFlash if you choose). I also thought that you had to do each stage serperately and could not just simply jump to 4. In other words, I thought you had to do them in progression starting at Stage 1. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

Here's a thought:

Replace head gasket.

Worry about mods after your car stops blowing white smoke.

It's 3999 for stage 4 all at once. Since your head gasket blew, just buy a built stage 3 head.

Well, it depends how much damage you did. I wouldn't take it to the dealer, take it somewhere and have them take your head off and check everything out. You may need to take it to a machine shop.

You probably warped the head surface, in which case, it needs to be machined flat, if the casting's any good at all.

Hilarious.

So, will a new exhaust manifold help my hp after I throw a rod?

Buschur stage 4
FMIC+PIPING=you have
Down Pipe + test pipe= you have (whose catback?) get the rest.
I use the SAFC to detune the car between races. so even though I have a Buschur flash I still use the SAFC
Intake? I don't mix and match...sell yours and buy new if you have to.
Need cams, big injectors, 255 fuel pump.
Oh and when I blew my head gasket due to a dropped coolant line my head was fine...if you didn't overheat yours should be too. So find a good shop, close and do the job right stock mitsu gasket is a really good gasket too.
PS the Buschur head is insane for lowend grunt on the stock turbo! (and you get the peace of mind of the o-ring seal too).
