Please help service engine

I installed my ATP kit and everything is nice and clean however thats what i got

Ok guys got the code pulled from auto zone as I thought.

PO134 O2 CKT Sensor no activity bank 1 sensor 1
PO135 sensor heater sensor malfunction bank 1 sensor 1

I know that we played with the sensor but we returned it the way it was and I am sure. Any thoughts??

Check and check again... There's obviously something you're over looking...

Sounds like the sensor became damaged when removed.. Those two codes are related.. either the wiring got damaged (or burned through) or the sensor became damaged/plugged
