you should check all your connections, installs, boost leaks, popped-off hoses...anything of the like. try to see if you have any other hoses missing that's suppose to be on something. other then that, if you still have warranty, you should bring it to the dealer OR have someone experienced away from the dealer to check it out for you and diagnose the problem

Could be a number of things. Check your o2 sensor, the wires, connections, etc. Like stated before, swap the relay...just because you changed it doesn't mean it can't break.
Check for blown off or leaking coupler. Check all your connections to your fuel injectors. Check your pump install.
What did your AFRs read?

Do you have a wideband or can you post up some logs of what it's doing when it starts to fall on it's face. Depends on which o2 sensor it is. If it's the front o2 sensor, i.e. the important 1 then it would definitely cause all of the abovel listed problems. If you checked your fuel pump relay and check the FPR hose and make sure it didn't come off or rip then it sounds like the next logical step would be to check the o2's and then the connections to your fuel pump/fuel lines under the hood. Also how many psi are you running?

I've had a couple P0133's recently. I looked up the replacement front o2 and apparently the front and rear o2's are the same. You could try swapping them. A bad rear 02 will throw a CEL but it won't keep the car from running.
