That's insane...I bought my car from Ramsey and they certainly aren't the cream of the crop. It's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten the extra alarm remotes I requested. I only have one alarm remote to disable the system. Remind me not to drive i the rain with an AEM intake...poop.

something doesn't sound right there then...with the stock airbox

that's a long way for water to travel...How long did he drive like that? Usually, as soon as the water is entered into a cylinder, the car would just explode...

same thing happened to my 02 lancer...i got hydrolock which bent a rod, a month later, it threw out sending flying out my engine breaking 3 holes in the block. peices of the piston were all over the pavement....

actually the standard shop rate is $135/hr. just sold my M3, trust me.

and no, the mechanics are not wealthy.

$82 an hour for a Mitsu dealer is rather cheap. I believe the ones in the Chicago area are close to if not $100 an hour.
