how many people are running headers? and is it worth the money to get them.

i have heard that it makes the car sound ricey but hey our cars were made in Japan. i just dont want to sound like a honda or nissan. ( the bumble bee sound!!)

 

ricy? with a new manifold on an evo? doubtful. Have you personally heard it? it sounds good.

Perforamnce wise dealing with the Borla (which would be the only tubular i would recommend) you can expect to see a better (quicker) spool.

I personally like the cast manifold the Buschur has. i'm not into flashy sheet, just going fast

 

The difference is not worth the money unless you plan to mate the exhaust manifold with a dsm friendly turbo

 

Manifold will give you gains and better spool up depending on your other dependent mods running in the engine . Ei. cams, exhaust stuff like that.

 

im not into flashy either. well maybe getting my car so fast that when i blow by someone all they see is a flash!!
