exedy twin disk or ats twin carbon are your best and safest clutches to install.

Exedy twin, drives like stock with just a little bit of rattle. Holds like a vice and is very easy to slip for racing. 10 drag launches last week reving the car to 4000 and slipping and I was getting 1.7's all night with a 12.2 for the best et. Clutch held all night, even hot lapping when there was NO wait in the staging lanes. Made 5 passes in 30 minutes.

I put in the HKS GD max twin disc and I love it great clutch. and the flywheel helps the turbo spool up quicker.

I have an ACT clutch in mine. Seen them advertised here for as low as 350. Plenty of grab 4 your projected mods. I had an HKS evc 5, greddy emanage, UR turbo back and the HKS suction kit. At 22 psi, I was laying out about 305 to the wheels at PRUVEN. When the stock clutch gave up the good fight, the ACT stepped in and performed flawlessly. The exedy and the cusco twin, are made to withstand serious power, and they also cost upwards of 1200, the cusco coming in on average around 1500. They do however come with a new flywheel where as the ACT doesn't. Think about what you need, for what you intend to do. Don't buy a 1500 clutch and then pay 500 to install it if your only going to do an exaust and a boost controller, it would be a waste of money. Besides, you'll probably need the extra cash to pay for a new transfer case (2500) when that goes. Just a few thoughts.

I suggest a single disc also. I have driven Evos with all the clutches that exist out there and I have to say that the ACT or RRE are the best bang for the buck and are quiet and affordable. Oh, almost forgot, the twin discs DO cause more risk for drivetrain damage if not driven with ease.

I will be going with a single disc as well when mine cant take anymore. Im on 20k and its still going fine. About to do the SS clutch line finally. When it does go, I am thinking about the ACT or the RPS.

RRE has their own "no name" clutch that I have a lot of good things about.

Can anyone compare the RRE to the Act? How different are they?
