I really respect Buschur's products and plan on buying a few pieces when I can afford them (not that they cost alot, I'm just broke)...But. I finally just saw a Buschur FMIC up close and have a question about the way the lower IC pipe comes into the end tank.
It seems like the air has to take a very acute turn from the pipe to go thru the core. Most of the stuff I've read says, make as few and as gentle turns as possible.
Am I off on this? I am the last guy to question Buschur. Just wondering about this particular point. Please enlighten me.

I will pick up a dremel tool from work tomorrow and cut out a section of the undertray. Then I will get a piece of aluminum and make a panel to replace what I will cut out.

I used a marker to dife what neede to be removed. Then I used a Hacksaw blade to cut it. Cutting plastic with a dremel is a pain.

Well I have been driving the car for the past fews days and I can't stay out of the throttle, LOL!!! This core is really nice and I have definitely picked up some power off of it. Pulls alot smother through the entire rev range. The boost comes on strong and fast. I haven't cut the undertray yet though. I will be doing that sometime soon. I have a buddy in the Navy here who will be able to Fab me up a piece of aluminum to replace what I cut so I don't have a hole right there. I'll post up pics of it once I get it done along with the dimensions of it incase anyone else would like to do the same. Kinda going to do what Bishiboy did with his.
