Question Evo Boost Issue

Hey guys...I recently had some work done on my Evo under warranty at the dealership for an engine issue I was having. Ever since they replaced the wastegate syllanoid I have rarely be acheiving 19.5 psi peak on the turbo pressure.

Could someone refresh my memory what vacuum lines go where?

Note: All hoses are tight so boost leak is 99% not the problem in this scenario......does anyone know of anything else that could have gotten moved or forgotten by the dealership that wouldn;t allow it to boost all the way? Something like the restrictor pill being moved differently in the line or something? I am planning on getting a MBC until I can get vishnu's system, but want to make sure that its not something else causing the turbo to not get full boost. Thanks in advanced for help!

Sorry I should have been more specific with my boost pressures in the first place.

I thought taking the pill out without a piggy back ECU or something similar would actually lower the boost pressure back to the default waste gate value...i was reading it somewhere....perhaps I am wrong

I assume you have a boost gauge to know your stock boost. How and where is the gauge hooked up? It could be putting out normal stock boost but reading slightly lower due to install location (the line - not the gauge).

That what i thought....but at one time it did read the right readings......it is tapped into the intake manifold before the fuel pressure syllanoid. It would basically be the same reading as if i tapped off the BOV line....any help would be great..thanks

That's where my gauge is hooked up so I have no idea what the problem is.

Get the Hallman Pro...it works great...holds boost solid as a rock...the factory boost control system is a POS...

Yeah i was planning on just doing that.....is there any chance there could actually be something wrong that I could mess up worse by putting the MBC on? I was planning on just running 19-20 psi...nothing super extreme.
