Curt what part of Pa. are you from. I live near West. Chester, about 30 mins west of Philly. I take it you are going to the Evo/Wrx showdown? Great times man congrats.

Curt, I assume your clutch restrictor is out. Otherwise, there'd be no chance in hell your STOCK CLUTCH would have lasted this long right?

Shane, I live north of Pittsburgh. Clutch restrictor is removed, Buschur SS clutch line, and the stock clutch is not holding at all, it slips and stinks like hell on every pass. Someone asked about cam gears, none.

Curt, did you notice any increase in lag or boost threshold with the SMIM? Awesome runs!

Damn, you made those runs w/ a slipping clutch?!?! I wonder how fast you would have gone had you had a real clutch in there..

No real lag at all. car does pull harder at the onset of boost, plus makes the engine bay alot easier to work on, I highly recommend the sheet metal.

Clutch can't be slipping too bad taking your performance into account...

Damn good job BTW It would be interesting to see how much an OE 10.5T housing would improve your performance.

Curt,

How many pounds of boost were you running? Also, do you have any weight reductions done to the car?

Gotta hand it to ya, very impressive times. We got an 11.95 @ 115 around here with pretty much the same mods minus the intake manni; our track is at 3000 ft above sea level though...

23-24 psi spike bleeding off to 20. Weight reductions include BR 3" exhaust, lightweight battery, no spare and lightweight wheels. Added weight with rear trunk bar, BR I/C and pipes w/tial BOV. I would say it's still 100# lighter than stock and I only weigh 150.

Very impressive. On the stk turbo, do you still have the stk wg or are you running an external?
