You are getting a good deal. If you like the Evo and can afford it, I would jump on it. Don't worry about the resale, especially if you are buying it at a great price.

Is the STI more reliable than the Evo? I haven't heard of a lot of problems on either car. Quality-wise the 2 companies are similar, so I would try to test drive both and see which one suits you more. I got to autocross an STI briefly and I was very pleased.......with my decision to purchase the Evo
